We would like the money allocated specifically for "sustainable transport" to be actually spent on sustainable transport.

In Worthing the misleadingly-named "Worthing Sustainable Transport Package" is being awarded millions of sustainable transport funding, yet it explicitly contains no transport benefits of any kind, let alone benefits for sustainable transport.
Horsham
In Horsham the LEP/LTB appears to be spending sustainable transport money on schemes that consist almost entirely of widening of motor carriageways with - as far as can be seen, no benefit for sustainable transport.
