Cllr Elkins takes over from Cllr Lanzer at Highways

Cllr Roger Elkins takes on responsibility for Highways and Infrastructure from Cllr Lanzer. Roger is an experienced Councillor at District and County level – he represents East Preston and Ferring at County level. Before retirement he was in the construction industry. Roger said “I am delighted to be joining the Cabinet and look forward to working with the Highways team on issues that are important to people in West Sussex who use our roads. He replaces Bob Lanzer who becomes the Cabinet Member for Corporate relations.
