Update on LCWIP progress

This from Andy Mouland at WSCC: - LCWIPs – the Districts and Boroughs are all on track to produce drafts by end of November.   A lot of work is going on right now (e.g. desire line mapping and street audits) and the intention is to use some of the remaining WSP days for business case training towards the end of the project.   WSCC had a useful meeting last week with Simon Pratt from Sustrans, who is currently re-writing the A&W LCWIP.   The next partners meeting is on the morning of 17th October.   The W&C steering group will be updated that afternoon.
